K. Adeniyi Law does things differently. We offer our clients a flat fee retainer, meaning you know exactly how much you are investing in protecting your sacred family bonds from the outset.

Our Flat Fee Structure
Our flat fee structure is a game changer for families. Because of our flat fee rate, when you retain K. Adeniyi Law, you have the freedom to:
COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR ATTORNEY, WITH NO ADDITIONAL FEES
Unlike most law firms, who bill clients by the minute, you won't have to worry about running up the bill when consulting with K. Adeniyi Law, because we do not bill you by the hour.
EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO GO TO TRIAL, WITH NO ADDITIONAL FEES
Many parents plead guilty and/or admit to false allegations simply because they cannot afford to pay their lawyer to go to trial or conduct a contested hearing.
To optimize results, we work up every case as if it will go to trial and we do not charge you extra attorney's fees to do it.
TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OTHER LITIGATION STRATEGIES, WITH NO ADDITIONAL FEES
The opportunity to file written briefs as well as motions to dismiss, motions to change a court order, motions for reconsideration etc., often arise in CPS case litigation.
Our family defenders are committed to exploring potential legal arguments at no additional cost to you.
AVOID COSTS OUTSIDE OF OUR YOUR CONTROL
Whether we are in and out of court in one hour or required to wait all day for the judge to listen to your case, you do not pay any additional cost.
Payment plans
We have been diligent in our efforts to provide effective, high-quality legal representation at a cost most families can afford. However, we understand that many individuals do not have the cash on hand to pay the flat fee retainer fee at once.
Consequently, as an option for clients with flat fee retainers of $4,997 or more, we offer a payment plan that is accessible and has a low-interest rate.
Legal Strategy Session
Get a 60-minute Legal Strategy Session and evaluation of your legal issue with an experienced juvenile dependency attorney. During the strategy session, we will discuss your family's situation in detail and provide you with legal advice concerning your parental rights and how to navigate the CPS system.
Our fee of $297 can be credited towards further legal representation for 30 days from the Legal Strategy Session.
Appointment Policies
All Legal Strategy Sessions are conducted by Zoom. You may also choose to have your Legal Strategy Session by phone or video chat, but we cannot record video chats.
Legal Strategy Session Fee
The Legal Strategy Session fee of $297 is due prior to scheduling your Legal Strategy Session.
Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy
If you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment, you will receive a credit for the full fee paid. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of the appointment fee. You will be billed the full appointment fee if you do not join the meeting within 10 minutes of your scheduled start time.
