How We Work

When you work with a lawyer who uses unlimited retainers and bills you for every minute they spend working on your case, it can be difficult to get a sense of how much you might spend for legal representation in your case.

K. Adeniyi Law does things differently. We offer our clients a flat fee retainer, meaning you know exactly how much you are investing in protecting your sacred family bonds from the outset.

We are committed to providing creative, effective representation to the parents we have the privilege to represent - while minimizing financial barriers that impact access to justice.

Our Flat Fee Structure

Our flat fee structure is a game changer for families. Because of our flat fee rate, when you retain K. Adeniyi Law, you have the freedom to:

COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR ATTORNEY, WITH NO ADDITIONAL FEES
Unlike most law firms, who bill clients by the minute, you won't have to worry about running up the bill when consulting with K. Adeniyi Law, because we do not bill you by the hour.

EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO GO TO TRIAL, WITH NO ADDITIONAL FEES
Many parents plead guilty and/or admit to false allegations simply because they cannot afford to pay their lawyer to go to trial or conduct a contested hearing.

To optimize results, we work up every case as if it will go to trial and we do not charge you extra attorney's fees to do it.

TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OTHER LITIGATION STRATEGIES, WITH NO ADDITIONAL FEES
The opportunity to file written briefs as well as motions to dismiss, motions to change a court order, motions for reconsideration etc., often arise in CPS case litigation.
Our family defenders are committed to exploring potential legal arguments at no additional cost to you.

AVOID COSTS OUTSIDE OF OUR YOUR CONTROL
Whether we are in and out of court in one hour or required to wait all day for the judge to listen to your case, you do not pay any additional cost outside of the flat fee.

Protect Your Family Now, Pay Fees Later

We have been diligent in our efforts to provide effective, high-quality legal representation at a cost many families can afford. However, we understand that many individuals do not have the cash on hand to pay the flat fee retainer fee at once.

Consequently, as an option for clients with offer flat fee retainers of $4,997 or more, we offer two separate payment plan options.  Ask about our payment options during your consultation!
